Mint Julep

     Classic Mint Julep

  • 15 sprigs of mint leafs
  • 1/2 oz. simple syrup
  • 2.5 oz. of Bourbon
  • Angostura Aromatic Bitters
  • Put 10 sprigs of mint leafs into your copper cup. Next pour 1/2 oz. of simple syrup then muddle gently to bring out the aromatics of the mint. Then pour 2.5 ounces of your bourbon of choice. Add your crushed ice. Stir and mix thoroughly. Add your remaining mint and dash with Angostura Bitters. Originally a Kentucky Derby drink; however, you can drink this refreshing cocktail on any hot day and you won't regret it.

Raspberry Martini

     Raspberry Mint Martini

  • 5 sprigs of mint leafs
  • 5 raspberries
  • 1 oz. fresh lime juice
  • 1 0z. simple syrup
  • 2 oz. of vodka or raspberry vodka
  • Put 4 of your raspberries into a mixing glass and muddle the berries. Add 1 oz. of fresh lime juice and 1 oz. of simple syrup. Then add your 2 oz. of vodka and shake your cocktail to completion. Strain and garnish with a raspberry and mint for a refreshing martini.

Gin & Tonic

     Gin & Tonic

  • 2 oz. gin
  • 4 oz. tonic water
  • (1/4 - 1/2) of 1 squeezed lemon or lime.
  • 1-2 dashes of Angostura Aromatic Bitters (optional)
  • Fill up your chilled glass with solid clear cubed ice. Squeeze in your lemon or lime. Add 2 oz. of your choice of gin. Stir your drink thoroughly. Then lastly add your 4 oz. of desired tonic water and garnish with a lemon or lime wheel. These are perfect for those Summer hot days.

  • 2 oz. gin
  • 4 oz. tonic water
